We give 1:1 JavaScript and TypeScript tutoring, from language fundamentals to building interfaces with React and Next.js.

It's the same stack this site is built on: Next.js, React and TypeScript, with a React Native mobile version. What we teach is what we maintain.

Sessions adapt to where you are today:

Starting out: actual JavaScript — closures, promises, the event loop — not a framework's syntax. And what TypeScript is for, which lands better once the error it prevents has already bitten you.
Already writing JS: migrating a project to TypeScript without stopping the world, types that catch errors instead of any in disguise, and React and Next.js patterns for a project that's going to grow.
Full-stack in one language: how to share types between frontend and backend when the project allows it, and what breaks when it's done wrong.

Each session is 1:1 and there's no fixed syllabus. Before the first one we ask what you're building and where you got stuck; the plan comes out of that.

What we don't do: answer from memory about code we haven't read. Bring your project and we'll open it together.
